We monitor alarm and CCTV systems through our partner monitoring station, Smart Monitoring Ltd. When your alarm activates, trained operators respond immediately — contacting you, your keyholders, and the Gardaí where appropriate.
A siren-only system depends on somebody hearing it and acting. A monitored system alerts the Alarm Receiving Centre the moment it activates — day or night — so a response happens even when nobody is around to hear the bell. Monitoring can also cover smoke and fire detection as part of your security package, and status messages keep you informed about your property.
An intruder alarm must be connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre to meet EN 50131 Grade 2 — the grade insurers commonly require for business premises.
Telephone networks in Ireland are moving from copper to fibre and next-generation networks — removing the line that traditional alarm diallers relied on. Our answer is radio signalling with CSL DualCom technology:
Monitoring charges start from €220 per annum, including all call and SIM charges — typically the same or less than old landline monitoring once line rental is counted. For monthly self-monitoring and central station plans (from €15/month), see our intruder alarm monitoring plans.
Moved house? Staff changes? Make sure your keyholder list is up to date with us and the monitoring station so the right people get the call.
Most existing alarms can be upgraded to monitored systems — call us to check yours.
